By installing the 2MFM application, you accept that 2MFM takes no responsibility for any damages, costs or detriments that may occur. By accessing some of the features on the app, you are consenting to the use of your personal information in a manner deemed reasonable by the IT department of 2MFM. If you login to any external link/s (including facebook, twitter, Instagram, soundcloud or youtube), then you are subject to their privacy policy that is found on their websites. Our principles with respect to your privacy and personal information ensure that your information remains confidential.    

2MFM’s personalised app is suitable for all ages but not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are aware of personal data collected from such users, please notify us immediately at contactus@2mfm.org and we will willingly delete all information of this user as soon as possible.
