- Encouraging awareness of personal skills and directing the community to services such as TAFE to build on skills, for maintaining and building a productive society.
- Highlighting Government services available to the public and encouraging participation and use of them (e.g. Housing, immigration etc)
- Extending information about public services to help the community understand Australian laws and policies appropriately. This is in line with maintaining harmony and reducing unnecessary hostility.
- Giving awareness to the importance of education in this age where information is becoming a commodity rather than a privilege.
- Encouraging youth to continue their education without interruption and wasting prime years.
- Educating about community organizations giving opportunity for community members to communicate with the broader community on social, environmental, and cultural issues.
